Let's start off with some comments on the whole thing: this season of Dexter is finally warming up, despite from having the potential to be an iconic season where Dexter gets in touch with his inner beliefs, if he has any (we'd never know). We've been struggling across a different side of Dexter, being emotional and not sticking to everything his father taught him, even though the writers had planned this amazing turn of events where we'd find out the fearless Dr. Gellar was only Travis' "dark passenger" as Dexter himself calls it, along the way it became quite evidential that Gellar was only a projection of Travis twisted mind and by the time Dexter realized it, there was already millions of people aware of it.

Quinn's being a total dumbass since Debra's rejection, he almost turned into a disposable character, despite Batista's comedy moments along with him there was nothing there, we all get dismissed at some point and we just don't get that fucked up, he's just being juvenile. Debra becoming lieutenant was an interesting turn of events, it actually brings us closer to a point where she might eventually have to deal with the truth about Dexter, which leads us to the point of her shrink confronting her about her feelings for her brother, I must say it wasn't a surprise at all. I don't really have an opinion on that as it seems way too disturbing and something it'd never happen. At least I hope so.

What about the geek intern? I'm still very curious about what exactly his intentions are when dating Batista's sister, showing himself to be quite a fan of Dexter. What is he planning by sending Dexter the "lost hand" from the Ice Truck Killer's case? What does those drawing mean? I sure hope so that all my answers get vanished on the season finale, even though I've got a feeling they will leave this for next season since the show was renewed for 2 more.

Wormwood turned out to be a failure, thanks to the amazing stalkerness skill Dexter has, he was able to capture the girl before she could cause any warm to Debra or anyone else, which was great but Dex accidentally swallowed some smoke, leaving him with some side effects like nosebleeds and dizziness. Being advised to go to the E.R and refusing to (as we'd expect), he went on taking care of things his way and once more getting two steps ahead of Miami Metro, he managed to get Travis attention by using a tableau and a video, telling where they'd meet to take care of things once and for all.
Being completely damaged by the whole Wormwood thing, Dexter got himself trapped in a boat while Travis prepared things to the awaited Lake of Fire event, which had Dexter as the main victim... of course our anti-hero was able to scape with only a few injuries. What will happen next? Travis painting was really disturbing, will Devil Dexter be seen by MM Police? We took a glimpse at the finale and Dexter's will definitely get in there to check for himself. Will Dexter lose another loved one at this finale? Will anyone find out about his dark passenger? I predict a lot of things happening and I can only wait for this episode to be the best out of the whole season.
